At S&W Athletics, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes, returns or exchanges may be necessary. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand the terms and procedures for returning or exchanging products purchased from us.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and labels intact.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Customized or engraved items
  • Products marked as “Final Sale”
  • Items that have been used, altered, or show signs of wear

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us
    To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at return@sandwathletics.com Include your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization
    Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) and return instructions. Returns without an RA Number will not be accepted.
  3. Shipping the Product
    Carefully pack the product in its original packaging along with the RA Number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or we have made an error in the order.
  4. Inspection and Refund
    Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. If it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
